Fair Play and Reports

To report players on Steam:

Collect the player's Steam ID: There are a couple of methods you can collect the Steam ID of another player in-game:

  • If they have sent a message in chat or appeared in the kill feed, right-click on their name in the chat box and left-click "Copy Steam ID."
  • If they have not sent any messages in the chat, press Shift+Tab to open the steam overlay, and click the "(i)" icon at the far left of the bottom toolbar. This will open a list of players you have been playing with recently in Deadside; you can find the Steam ID you are looking for there.

Once you have gathered all of the relevant info, please send all the proof you have to deadsidecontact@gmail.com (sufficient video evidence will be required)

Alternatively, you can send your reports on Discord under #feedback-and-report. Please remember to start your message with /report <your message> (there will be additional fields for you to enter the information we need).

⚠️ Again, please include sufficient evidence.

🔺Messages sent through our bot are securely stored and only accessible by Deadside staff. 🔺Messages that are not sent using the bot commands ( /suggestion | /bug | /report) will be automatically deleted. 🔺Please note: attachments can only be added within the bot slash command and will not be sent if attaching using the normal discord "add attachment" method.

To report players on Consoles:

Open the Pause Menu and select Player List. From there, you can report a player using the built-in reporting form. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your report.
