Hello Deadsiders!

Due to a hard drive failure on 21/01, some server data was permanently lost. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to restore those servers to how they were before the issue occurred. We understand how frustrating this is, and if a rollback were possible, we would absolutely do it.

We’re genuinely sorry this happened. We know this kind of loss feels awful, and we wish we could do more. The team is already taking steps to reduce the chances of something like this happening again in the future.
