General troubleshooting

For the PC version of the game:

  1. Update your Windows and GPU drivers.
  2. Verify the integrity of the game files or reinstall the game.

  4. Check our list of known issues and their potential workarounds.
  5. Ensure your PC meets the minimum hardware requirements (Intel i5 4570/AMD Ryzen 3 3200G, NVidia GTX 960 or equivalent, 8GB RAM)
  6. Run the game as Admin and ensure your Antivirus or Firewall isn't blocking the game from starting or installing correctly.
  7. While overclocking can improve performance, it may lead to instability and increased heat production. If you encounter problems, consider reverting to the standard clock settings.
  8. Try starting the game using the Compatibility Mode (DX11) under Launch Options

For PlayStation & Xbox

  • Restart your console and router.
    • For Xbox: Hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for at least 10", then restart it.
  • In case of connectivity issues or server errors, check this guide.
  • Reinstall the game.
