Q: What kind of game is this?
A: FEROCIOUS is a single-player survival FPS set on a deadly, lost island filled with hostile soldiers, wild terrain, and prehistoric creatures.
Q: How does combat work?
A: Fast, punchy gunplay mixed with stealth, crafting, and using the environment to outsmart both humans and predators.
Q: Can I control dinosaurs?
A: Yes, some of them! With the Dino Control Device, you can scan and command a small number of powerful dinos to fight, break obstacles, or help you infiltrate areas. Not all creatures can be controlled.
Q: Is it open and exploration-focused?
A: Very. You’ll scavenge resources, uncover secrets, and navigate dangerous jungles, ruins, and coastlines. Curiosity is rewarded… but risky.
Q: Multiplayer?
A: Nope, single-player only.
Q: Widescreen Support?
A: The game is playable on widescreen, but for certain devices, the UI could be in weird places; however, the gameplay should still be fine.
Q: And what about controllers? Can I?
A: Controller support works, but isn’t fully polished yet; we’ll improve it in a post-launch patch.
Q: How About Steam Cloud and Achievements?
A: Steam Cloud saves and Steam achievements aren’t available at launch (coming in a later patch; achievements should be retroactive).
