Crashes, stuttering, FPS drop, and other performance issues

As a first step, please follow all the instructions below. These cover the most common causes of crashes and performance issues, and in many cases will resolve the problem:

  • Update Windows and your GPU drivers.
  • Confirm your PC meets the minimum hardware requirements.
  • Verify the integrity of the game files (or reinstall the game).
  • Temporarily disable overlays (Nvidia App, Discord, etc.).
  • If you’re overclocking, keep in mind this can cause instability and overheating. Revert to standard clock speeds to test.

If the problem persists, please contact our support team and include:

  • Any error codes you see.
  • Possible steps to reproduce the issue (where/when it happened, what you were doing).
  • Compress (.zip/.rar) and share all the contents of the folder: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Omeletteandyogurt\Ferocious
