On Nintendo Switch:

• Power restart: Restart by holding down the POWER Button for at least three seconds, select Power Options and then Restart;
• If on SD, try moving the game directly to the system's storage instead;
• Save the game frequently; going on for many days without saving is known to cause issues.

On PlayStation:

While we are aware of and investigating such issues, we have discovered a correlation between those crashes and setting the console on rest mode. Saving the game and then terminating it before quitting seems to fix the issue.

An additional step to try is temporarily switching your PlayStation language to English.
