[Xbox] Stuck achievements

While we're looking at potential causes and solutions for this, doing the following could help you unlock them:

1. Start Graveyard Keeper and load your save;
2. Disconnect your device from the internet;
3. Add progress on the bugged achievement (e.g., catch a fish if it's fishing-related);
4. Save the game (sleep) and then exit the house;
5. Quit to Main Menu;
6. Quit the game (press the Xbox button and from the guide, select Quit);
7. Start Graveyard Keeper and go to Main Menu;
8. Connect your device to the internet;
9. Load your save;
10. The Achievement(s) should soon pop!
