Items glitching/disappearing—To fix that, load your last saved game; it should restore the item to its original place or your inventory.
Unable to find the Green crate at the Neighbor's house—Intended: It has been moved in the game's latest patches; hint: it's in the same room.
The fish head does not respawn—Until a fix is available, please load the game and check if it has been restored to its original place. If not, the only fast way to continue would be to reset your progress.
