How to report a bug

Before reaching out, please:

If the bug still happens, contact our Support team and include as much detail as possible:

  • A short description of the last few steps you took before it happened
  • A screenshot (or ideally a video) showing the issue
  • If relevant:
    • Your system specs
    • Your files from:
      • Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData/Local/CozyGame/Saved
      • macOS: /Users/USERNAME/Library/Containers/com.YourCompany.CozyGame/Data/Library/Application Support/Epic/CozyGame/Saved

The more info you can share, the quicker we can track it down and squash it! 🧡
