General Troubleshooting

For the PC version of the game:

  1. Update your Windows and GPU drivers.
  2. Verify the integrity of the game files or reinstall the game.
  3. Ensure your PC meets the minimum hardware requirements (2-core / 4-thread CPU, GTX 750ti or equivalent, 4 GB RAM).

If the issue persists:

  1. Paste the following into your File Explorer window: %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Mandragora.
  2. Compress the "I Am Future" folder.
  3. Upload the file to a file hosting service (for example, Dropbox).
  4. Share it with us on either Discord under #bug-reports, or Steam Community.
  5. Include a short description of the last few steps in the game before the bug appeared and attach a screenshot or, if possible, a video of the issue.

For Consoles

  • Fully restart your console (not sleep mode)
    • PlayStation: Press and hold the PS button on your controller → Power → Turn Off PS5. Wait 10–15 seconds, then turn it back on.
    • Xbox: Hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10+ seconds, then turn it back on.
    • Switch: Hold the POWER button for 3+ seconds → Power Options → Restart.
  • Move the game to the console’s internal storage (not an external drive / SD card)
  • Reinstall the game

Troubleshooting

E.g., crashes, low performance, connectivity issues, or game not launching.
