General Troubleshooting

If you need technical assistance with the game, please follow these steps:

1. Update your Windows and GPU drivers.
2. Verify the integrity of the game files or reinstall the game.
3. Ensure your PC meets the minimum hardware requirements (2-core / 4-thread CPU, GTX 750ti or equivalent, 4 GB RAM).

If the issue persists:

1. Paste the following into your File Explorer window: %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Mandragora;
2. Compress the "I Am Future" folder;
3. Upload the file to a file hosting service (for example, Dropbox);
4. Share it with us on either Discord under #bug-reports, Steam Community, or Customer support;
5. Include a short description of the last few steps in the game before the bug appeared and attach a screenshot or, if possible, a video of the issue occurring.
