Game crashes:

Please ensure your graphics card drivers are up-to-date and your PC meets the minimum requirements. 

Also, check if you’re running the Citrix Workspace client, as it is known to cause crashes on games using older versions of Unity. In case you do, please delete it and reinstall it using the following command on Windows Command Prompt:

CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe ADDLOCAL=ReceiverInside,ICA_Client,AM,SELFSERVICE,DesktopViewer,Flash,Vd3d,WebHelper,BrowserEngine

Black screen on Android:

The app may ask for access to your photos — this is a Unity bug. If you hit Allow, the game will work fine. If not, it won’t be able to access its save file and will show a black screen.
