Fix for controllers not working

If you have a problem with controllers not working in the game, here is a fix:

• Close Steam completely
• Run it again in Administrator mode (find where steam is installed, right-click on 'steam.exe', and click “Run as administrator”) 
• When running in Administrator mode, Steam VR should run correctly on the application.

This problem is caused by Steam VR and the version of Unity that Stage Presence is built with. You can find more discussion about the issue here.
