Installing the game in the system memory rather than the SD card should resolve the issue. If not, please follow the steps below:

• Restart the Nintendo Switch system by holding down the POWER Button for at least three seconds, then select Power Options and then Restart;
• Make sure your system software and game are on the latest version;
• Check for corrupt data;
• Delete and reinstall the game.
