General Troubleshooting

If you need assistance with the game, please follow these steps:

  • Make sure your operating system and - if on PC - GPU drivers are up to date.
  • Verify the game files or reinstall the game.
  • Check the Gameplay and Troubleshooting sections for solutions.
  • Ensure your PC meets the minimum hardware requirements (Intel i3-6100 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 670 / Radeon HD 7970)

For the Console versions, please use the request form below.

For PC:

  1. If the bug/glitch is still not listed, then we recommend reporting bugs in Discord, under #bug-reports, since it's easier to get more information about the issue there in real-time
  2. Alternatively, you can report it on our Steam Community

How to send logs:

Compress the "Potion Craft" folder under %appdata%\..\LocalLow\niceplay games\ and share the file with us.

Troubleshooting

E.g., crashes, low performance, connectivity issues, or game not launching.
