Connectivity issues
If you’re experiencing connectivity issues, here are some steps to try:
Run the game as Admin.
Press F11 to see your ping and other network-related debug info.
In case of disconnection loops, try switching servers.
Long matchmaking times: Wait up to 15 minutes. If no match is found, restart the client and ensure your expedition is planned and a Trampler is selected.
Check your Firewall/Antivirus settings and make sure the game's allowed.
Use a stable, wired internet connection whenever possible.
If available, try switching internet providers/connections (e.g., a mobile hotspot) to test if the issue could be with your ISP. This can also be tested by opening this PlayFab website in your web-browser to see if you have access.
Troubleshooting
E.g., crashes, low performance, connectivity issues, or game not launching.
