If you’re experiencing connectivity issues, here are some steps to try:

  • Run the game as Admin.
  • Check your Firewall/Antivirus settings; consider temporarily disabling them.
  • Use a stable, wired internet connection whenever possible.
  • Disconnection loops: Switch servers and let us know if the issue persists.
  • Long matchmaking times: Wait up to 15 minutes. If no match is found, restart the client and ensure your expedition is planned and a Trampler is selected.

Additional tips to improve connection quality:

  • Optimize your router for gaming performance.
  • Avoid downloading or streaming while gaming.
  • If Wi-Fi is your only option, ensure strong reception.
  • Consider using Powerline adapters as a Wi-Fi alternative.
  • Test your ping and latency with an online internet speed test.
  • Select the closest server to your region for better performance.
