Game crashes/doesn't work

If the game is crashing or doesn't start, please:

• Make sure that your Windows and GPU drivers are fully up-to-date;
• Check if your Antivirus is blocking the game - if so, please add it to your exclusion list;
• Run the game as Admin;
• Verify the integrity of the game files and/or reinstall the game;
• Download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012;
• Download and install Microsoft .NET 4 Framework;
• Download and install Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0;
• Use the XNA Gamestudio Cleanup Tool and repeat the step above.
