General Troubleshooting
If you need technical assistance with the game, please follow these steps:
- Make sure your device is up-to-date and meets the minimum requirements to avoid crashes or visual glitches.
- Go through the Troubleshooting section. Maybe the solution is already waiting for you there.
- Verify the integrity of your game files or reinstall the game.
- Check your internet connection for potential issues.
If the bug/glitch is still not listed, please contact us on Discord, Steam Community, or by filling in the form below.
Before doing so, please keep in mind that a log file can prove very helpful in finding problems with the game. Follow these steps to find the log file:
- Run the game until it crashes. Immediately after:
- Press the Windows button + R
- Copy/paste: %AppData%/SpeedRunnersLog.txt
- Paste the contents of the log file in your report.
If no errors are shown in the log file, or there is no log file at all, errors can be found in the Windows Event Viewer:
- Try to run the game
- Press the Windows button + R
- Copy/paste: eventvwr
- Usually, there are two errors under Windows Logs > Application
- Paste these errors in your report.
Troubleshooting
