Frequently reported issues:

  • Trampler props can spawn invisible/corrupted, and picked-up crates can leave stuck duplicate visuals.

    • To fix both issues above: Press Win+R > type regedit > open Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hologryph\ (on the left side of the registry editor) > delete the Sand folder.

  • Stuck in clouds/infinite loading - try switching between characters & server regions

  • The game may freeze briefly after closing the Players List four or more times.

  • Matchmaking searches may occasionally take slightly longer following changes in v0.9.12

  • Your character can get stuck on rails, props, stairs, ramps, scaffolding, or similar objects - Improved on patch 0.9.4.

    • Jumping and crouching may help, but in some cases only respawning will fix it.

  • Server selection can display incorrect ping (too low), causing the game to auto-select distant regions or reset your choice on launch. Make sure to manually re-select your closest region every time you start the game.

  • Players can be launched off the Trampler when ramming into other vehicles or crew members - may cause kicks or crashes

  • Picking up a box from the Contract Platform while holding a weapon or item can make the box appear corrupted.

  • Storage room doors on forts can duplicate and block access.

  • Upiors, ghouls, zombies, or NPCs can spawn stuck, clip into the ground, corals, walls, or each other, or walk through walls/doors.

  • Cannons in the world may spawn rotated incorrectly.

  • 3440×1440 resolution is unavailable.
