Known Issues
Frequently reported issues:
Trampler props can spawn invisible/corrupted, and picked-up crates can leave stuck duplicate visuals.
To fix both issues above: Press Win+R > type
regedit> openComputer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hologryph\(on the left side of the registry editor) > delete theSandfolder.
Stuck in clouds/infinite loading - try switching between characters & server regions
The game may freeze briefly after closing the Players List four or more times.
Matchmaking searches may occasionally take slightly longer following changes in v0.9.12
Your character can get stuck on rails, props, stairs, ramps, scaffolding, or similar objects - Improved on patch 0.9.4.
Jumping and crouching may help, but in some cases only respawning will fix it.
Server selection can display incorrect ping (too low), causing the game to auto-select distant regions or reset your choice on launch. Make sure to manually re-select your closest region every time you start the game.
Players can be launched off the Trampler when ramming into other vehicles or crew members - may cause kicks or crashes
Picking up a box from the Contract Platform while holding a weapon or item can make the box appear corrupted.
Storage room doors on forts can duplicate and block access.
Upiors, ghouls, zombies, or NPCs can spawn stuck, clip into the ground, corals, walls, or each other, or walk through walls/doors.
Cannons in the world may spawn rotated incorrectly.
Extraction may be interrupted by the Trampler itself.
You will need to call for extraction again.
Spawning outside of the dropship on drop-in.
Getting partially soft-locked while interacting with the Workbench when it is occupied by another crew member.
Additional memory consumption can happen after re-entering the same expedition a few times.
Closing the game will free up the memory.
3440×1440 resolution is unavailable.
Additional known issues we're actively investigating:
Characters may have broken turret or steering-wheel animations after using Orbital Strike with the Smuggler control scheme.
Workaround: Equip any tool or weapon, or respawn.
The “Respawn unavailable” widget may appear at the start of an expedition, even if you have food and a bed.
This is only visual; you should still be able to respawn.
Not all items that exceed storage capacity are highlighted.
Autocannon recoil is not applied in Outlaw Control Mode.
Certain ladders cannot be climbed at Archipel Vol Leopold island.
Ladders or climbing may display your character incorrectly from spectator view.
Enemy character models can be invisible, with only their name tag visible.
Tramplers can appear without notifications at the Dreadnought final extraction.
Other crew members’ weapon models can float or fly in the air.
The animation for picking up large items can display incorrectly from third-person view.
Explosive Barrels and Wok Bombs become hidden when climbing a ladder, removing the visible detonation timer for other crew members.
No VFX is shown, so you may not know what hit you.
The character may fall under the terrain after being killed or after pressing the respawn button.
Compartments can start occluding while moving around the door from the Entrance group.
The character may fall off the Trampler when releasing the ladder while it is affected by a speed boost.
The S. Trs Entrance Vestibule can prevent you from saving the Blueprint.
The “Refuse All” button can still be clicked after pressing the “Ready” button.
You may not be able to enter the Trampler when approaching it from certain angles.
Accepting an invite behind the Tutorial pop-up can prevent the player from entering the Expedition.
Items can appear inside the character’s body.
Large items can float around the character.
Players can become immune to melee damage while interacting with turrets or the steering wheel.
Bullets can pass through characters on speed-boosted Tramplers.
Shotguns may not deal damage at close range.
Ironclads can be triggered repeatedly by leaving and re-entering their trigger area.
Blueprints cannot be deleted.
Characters can become incorrectly occluded.
Jumping onto and remaining on an enemy player’s head can trigger an automated ban.
Character hands can appear broken while carrying energy rods.
