Before contacting us about bugs, please make sure to:

• Verify the integrity of the game files/reinstall
• Take a quick look at the Wiki / Steam Community to confirm it’s not intended behavior or that a workaround doesn’t already exist
• If you’re experiencing performance issues or crashes, follow our troubleshooting guide instead

1. Email with:
   • A clear subject
   • A detailed description of the issue and how to reproduce it
   • The game version
   • Your save file (if related)
   • The log file (see below)

Where to find save and log files:

• Folder: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Lazy Bear Games\Graveyard Keeper\
• Save file: 1.dat (ignore .info or .sqlite3)
• Log file: Player.log (if large, send the last ~300 lines)

Note: Logs reset every time the game restarts, so please send them before relaunching!
