How to report a bug

Reporting bugs/glitches helps us identify and fix them, improving the gaming experience for everyone. Therefore, we appreciate your time and effort in doing so. 

Before contacting us:

  • Ensure your game is updated
  • Verify the integrity of the game files/reinstall
  • Check the Gameplay and Troubleshooting sections for solutions.

If you still need help (PC):

  1. Email gk@lazybeargames.com with:
    • A clear subject (e.g., "Crash while talking to Donkey").
    • A detailed description of the issue and how to reproduce it.
    • The game version.
    • Your save file (if related).
    • The log file (see below).

Where to find save and log files:

  • Folder: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Lazy Bear Games\Graveyard Keeper\.
  • Save file: 1.dat (ignore .info or .sqlite3).
  • Log file: Player.log (if large, send the last ~300 lines).

Note: Logs reset every time the game restarts, so please send them before relaunching.
