[Steam] Issues on Oculus headsets

• Please ensure that your PC and headset meet the minimum requirements and that your Oculus hardware, Desktop app, Windows, and GPU drivers are current.
• Please connect to your PC through Air link or wired; Virtual Desktop is currently unsupported.
• Check if your settings are correct under SteamVR settings > Controllers > Show old bindings UI.
• Set Oculus as your default OpenXR runtime and see if that fixes it. To do that, open the Oculus app on your PC and go to Settings > General > Set Oculus as active.
• Try running the game without starting the SteamVR app from the Rift Apps menu.
