[Mobile] I've purchased the full version, but I still can’t access all the acts
Please note that even after you purchase the full game version, the acts open up gradually. It means that you need to finish Act 1 in order to proceed to Act 2, and so on.
Also, please keep in mind that the game is unavailable for family sharing and that parental controls are known to create conflicts; try temporarily deactivating them and see if that helps!
If you still can't access the second act, please make sure to use a stable Wi-Fi connection and that you've logged in on the account you made the purchase. Then follow these steps:
- Open the game
- In the main menu, go to Settings > Purchases > Restore purchases
- Restart your device and see if it helps.
For Android devices, you may also try these steps:
- Verify you have enough internal memory (not SD card memory)
- Try reinstalling the game a few times. Please make sure you are using a stable internet connection and your Google Play app stays open during the download
- Verify that your device's clock is set to the correct time
- Go to Settings
- Tap Installed Applications
- Find Hello Neighbor and tap it
- Now, tap Clear Cache
- Start the game and see if everything is okay
If it still doesn't help, please try this:
- Use a file manager (e.g. ES File Explorer or similar)
- Open the Android folder
- Copy the com.____Hello Neighbor folder
- Paste it to the OBB folder
- Start the game and see if everything is okay
