[Mobile] I've purchased the full version, but I still can’t access all the acts
Please note that even after you purchase the full game version, the acts open up gradually. It means that you need to finish Act 1 in order to proceed to Act 2, and so on.
Also, please keep in mind that the game is unavailable for family sharing and that parental controls are known to create conflicts; try temporarily deactivating them and see if that helps!
If you still can't access the second act, please make sure to use a stable Wi-Fi connection and that you've logged in on the account you made the purchase. Then follow these steps:
- Open the game
- In the main menu, go to Settings > Purchases > Restore purchases
- Restart your device and see if it helps.
For Android devices, you may also try these steps:
- Make sure you have enough internal storage (not just SD card space)
- Double-check that your device's clock and date are correct
Then try the following steps:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Apps, find Hello Neighbor, and tap it
- Tap Force Stop
- Go to Storage, then tap Clear Data
- Go back and Uninstall the game
- Restart your phone
- Reinstall the game
- Make sure you’re logged into the Google account used for the original purchase
- Disable any parental controls during this process (you can re-enable them after)
- Open the game, go to Settings > Purchases > Restore Purchases
- Start the game and check if everything is working properly
