Known issues

  • Flying objects/physics breaking—Please make sure that you're playing on a good-quality connection, as those are likely caused by desync.
  • Unable to unlock the Keymaster achievement/trophy—Bagger should get this achievement when he tries to pick up the fourth key while already having three keys in the inventory.
  • Items like cards, keys, and gears may remain inaccessible inside drawers

Switch:

  • Crashes after changing characters—Temporary workaround: go alone to a private lobby to change the characters

iOS:

  • No controller support—For technical reasons, we have temporarily removed controller support but are working to restore this feature in a future patch.
  • Age limit errors—In case you added the wrong age, reinstalling the game should allow you to see the age pop-up again.
  • Blurry graphics—Our team is aware of this and working on addressing it in a future patch; please also make sure that your device is supported.
  • Unable to use Family Sharing—Please note that you can't share in-app purchases via Family Sharing. You can find more details on it here. As a solution, you can log in with your Apple ID on your other Apple device.

Xbox:

  • UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE EULA:
    1. Launch the game
    2. Press (A) to continue when prompted (if you're unable to, please check the controller's batteries and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection, and if possible, use a wired solution)
    3. Press the "Read License Agreement" button and scroll to the bottom of the page
    4. Then press (B) to return to the game
    5. Press Accept to proceed with playing or Decline to terminate the game.
    6. NOTE: there is NO BUTTON on the EULA Browser page; you have to return to the game to Accept/Decline
  • UNABLE TO PRESS (A):
    • We are doing our best to address this known issue in Series X|S as soon as possible. If the button is unresponsive when opening the game, please restart the game. It should work after 2-3 times.
  •  GAME FREEZING:
    1. Exit the game
    2. Swap Xbox accounts (if you don't have a second account, please create one)
    3. Start the game – choose New Game
    4. Once in-game, go into the Pause Menu
    5. Press Y to Switch Accounts
    6. Select the first account (the account the freezing was happening on)
    7. In the Pause Menu, select Restart Chapter
