General troubleshooting
For Windows:
Ensure your PC meets the minimum hardware requirements.
Update your GPU drivers and Windows.
Verify game file integrity.
Check here for connectivity issues.
If the issue persists, contact us through the form below. Remember to also share your necessary files. To do so, press Ctrl + L. This will open a folder containing the files we need to track down the bug. If you've been playing for a while, it might take some time or briefly freeze the game while it processes data. In the folder that opens, locate the Player, Player-prev, Custom, and SaveData files;
For PlayStation
Restore licenses to fix authorization issues.
Verify the PlayStation Network status if you're experiencing connectivity issues.

Hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for at least 10", then start the console again.
Check Xbox Live status for network issues.

If on SD, move the game to system storage to improve performance.
Restart by holding down the POWER Button for at least three seconds, select Power Options and then Restart;
Reset cache - Warning: this will delete saved IDs, passwords, cookies, history, and other cached website data. It will not affect the user's downloaded games or game save data.
