If you need technical assistance with the game, please follow these steps:
- Ensure your PC meets the minimum hardware requirements.
- Update your GPU drivers and Windows.
- Verify game file integrity.
- Long loading times: lower graphics settings.
- Check here for connectivity issues.
If issues persist, provide a detailed description and your player.log and player-prev.log files from: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph\SAND
For disconnects, crashes, missing Tramplers, or inventory issues, please also provide us with:
- Your 17-digit SteamID.
- Approximate time the issue occurred.
- Did it happen on the Trampler or outside?
- Were you using a custom or default Trampler?
